With years of experience in the field of psychology, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals facing various mental health concerns. My journey has equipped me with valuable insights and a deep understanding of the human mind and behaviour. I am dedicated to continuously expand my knowledge to provide the best possible care to my clients.

I take an integrative approach to therapy, combining evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-based strategies. I also utilize a trauma-informed lens and have advanced training in Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and EMDR. This allows me to support clients facing a wide range of challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and identity exploration.
